Improve and reorder drapery description
Heidi
How the quantity is displayed for the current drapery description is confusing. It currently says:
Quantity: 2
Panel Widths: 2w + 2w
This is confusing; it needs to either say 2 pairs or 2 panels, etc, otherwise we will have to manually edit each time to explain. Also, if it’s possible to pull in the work order notes/description, we’d prefer that. This way we can note if something is a question or still needs to be decided. If that’s not possible, would it be possible to re-order the way the information comes through? (see examples in the comments)

Notes for design section
Amy
In working on an estimate for drapery in the new interface, I can't find a way to make my own notes for the client to see on the estimate. Can this be added?

Amy - Can you help me better understand your request? Were you able to do this in the previous version or is this an additional feature you would like on the new form? If an additional feature is what you are looking for, we are planning to add a Notes line on the manage tab of orders that will append the item description on the estimate. Would this work for you or are you looking for more of a comment section somewhere to discuss the order with the client (back and forth)?

Katherine Travis I can send the estimate to QB and add any additional comments to each line as needed, but I would prefer to send the estimate directly to the client from Quipa. I would like to be able to add details as needed to each line. For hardware, there is a place to write a description that shows on the estimate. That is what I'm looking to do with the drapery, roman shades, etc. You can keep the existing description that automatically shows, I just want to be able to add to it if needed.

Amy Perfect, that is what we plan to incorporate.
