Users don't need to confirm widths and yardages after every edit (especially widths). Takes a long time to make a small change. Can't recalculate price without opening, editing, updating, and saving.

Some way for us to update the project (such as uploads, order details, etc) without recalculating drapery if no recalculate is necessary. Currently have to go to this process even up upload docs into the project, and this counts against the # of calculations. We are not re-calcualting but still building the project in real time.

Sara  Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us with this request. We hear you and are working through improvements on reducing the need for recalculation. Currently most fields on the order form affect the yardage/pricing calculations or the work order in some way.
Feel free to make as many revisions as you need -- as each drapery and roman shade order always counts as 1 order, no matter how many revisions you make. Purchased goods and "Other" fabrication orders do not count toward your monthly/annual order usage. 
Also, just a quick tip, you can add uploads to items from the Item Management tables without having to re-calculate.
