Would like a prettier estimate with contract signing ability to send to clients directly from QUIPA. I prefer to only transfer info to QBO as an invoice.

For items, there is an option for internal notes. Can these notes be visible during the quoting process when the item is selected? Amy M.

Approximate the completion time for each item and add to production calendar. User can pre-set the amount of time it takes to make a certain type of item (e.g. 2-width panel pair + lining + trim = 8 hours)

It should be clear on the order form exactly what info is client-facing: item description, fabrication price, fabric description, hardware description, etc. Currently, hardware desc/price and fabrication pricing breakdown are especially unclear

Create a paper trail of order edits. Who completed the edit and when? Keep all copies.

Consider re-wording and/or a new location for the quantity field on the order form and work order pdf. It is confusing to some users if it refers to the number of panels per treatment or number of treatments.

The user wants to see the calculated price but implement their own rounding, or adjust the price per item depending on a specific situation (e.g. has been previously estimated by hand on a previous estimate and the user wants the pricing to match on the new estimate)

User can add their own fees/mark-up to orders that are not already included in QUIPA's price list

Include calculations for hard treatments.

Add pricing upcharge (per square foot) option for blackout lining on a roman shade.
